Raclette

Today...I discovered the raclette.  One of my goals for the new year to is learn more about cheese, about the pairings of cheese with salami, grapes, jams & nuts, etc.  There's a whole world of cheese out there I've not tasted yet!  So today I bought a small raclette and I'm going to serve the raclette cheese with boiled new potatoes and green beans.  Check it out for yourself!  http://www.antonellischeese.com/other-goodies
