Street Tacos

I had street steak tacos tonight at Taco Cabana, a local fast food restaurant in my town.  They were delicious!  Here's a recipe I found on line.  It looks a bit labor intensive - so I would opt for store bought pico already made up.  Low in calories, and under $5 if you have a Taco Cabana near you!
