Chicken Pesto
This is a chicken pesto spread that is so easy to make, and extremely tasty on crusty bread!
Just boil chicken breast until done and cut into bite-size pieces.
Mix in pesto (you can make your own or buy the jarred kind - basil pesto is delish!)
Toast pine nuts and toss with chicken.
