Sassy Scarves

Rue 21 has scarves for 7.99 or 9.99 - and most places with similar scarves are twice that much.  These are lightweight and don't make you feel as though you're choking when you wear them!  Check them out on online, or in the store! I found a super cute in the store with gray umbrellas on it - love it!
