Parm Pitas

Homemade pita chips can be flavored so many ways!  Today, I tried this recipe from Real Simple Magazine:

Just use honey wheat pita bread and cut into triangles (use your pizza cutter!).  Brush with unsalted butter, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and crushed dried oregano, and a bit of sea salt.  Bake in 375 degree oven about 8 minutes (watch them so they don't burn, and remove when just browned).

Store in an airtight container after they cool, and enjoy with hummus!
