These turnovers are a good thing to have on hand (because you can freeze them) for guests over the holidays.
You'll need to mix in a large bowl, chopped, seasoned cooked chicken strips, with 1 cup shredded mozzarella, 1 package of thawed, squeezed dry spinach and 3 T prepared pesto.
Unroll two cans of crescent rolls, making four rectangles with each. Spread 3/4 cup of mixture on each of four rectangles, and top with the other four, pinching the edges to seal. Slit top if necessary.
Bake on greased baking sheet at 375 Degrees 18-22 minutes until golden brown.
