Blue Ribbon Blueberry Muffins

These blueberry muffins are blue ribbon winners - and the recipe is from Marjorie Johnson, the Blue Ribbon Baker!  Her secret to getting the muffins to rise really works!  You just spray the bottoms of the muffin tins and not the sides!

We made them for a Christmas breakfast.
