Boots for Winter

Cold weather is here (in some parts of the country) and it's coming in other parts (like where I live!).  Boots look great with skirts above the knee and tights, or with skinny jeans tucked inside.  My daughter recently got a great pair at JCP.  That's JC Penneys.
