Cauliflower Side

We made a side dish that is so easy...

Just slice cauliflower florets into 1/2 thick "steaks" and place in a single layer on a baking sheet.  Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.  Roast at 425 degrees until tender and a bit browned.

Toss in chopped green olives and you've got yourself a dish!
