Summer peaches are super sweet this time of year! The recipe says to grill the cake and peaches, but I prepared the dessert in a cast iron skillet... I used a pound cake mix from a box (Baker's Scoop HEB) and fresh Texas peaches!
Mix melted butter, honey and a pinch of nutmeg/cinnamon.
Pour it on the peaches and pound cake, and grill until peaches are tender and juicy, and pound cake is charred...
It's really delicious!
