Biscuits

What a GREAT and EASY biscuit!  We made them tonight for our party where we had biscuits and jam, and jammed to the music....

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

4 cups bisquick

1 cup sour cream

1 cup 7-Up

1 stick melted butter

mix bisquick, sour cream and 7-UP  - knead and fold using bisquick (i used flour) to make it a not-so-sticky dough, then pat out, and using biscuit cutter (i used a drinking glass)  - cut out 12 biscuits.

in a 9X13 pan, pour the melted butter, then place the 12 biscuits in the pan 4 X 3.

bake about 12 minutes or til biscuits are brown.

wow, are they good!
