Herb & Citrus Cobs

I LOVE corn on the cob, any time of the year.  And it's good, just with butter and a bit of salt, but there are other ways to serve it as well - lots of ways!

The two pictured here are:

fresh thyme, salt and pepper

lime zest and salt

Just boil your corn until it's done, drain, spray with butter or olive oil, and sprinkle your seasonings on top.
