Ice Cream in an Orange

This was a fun dessert to have for company!

Cut two large oranges in half, scooping out all of the wedges and pulp - set aside to eat later.

Fill each half with vanilla ice cream.  Drizzle  salted caramel topping over top, and sprinkle with crumbled granola bar.

That's it - super cute and easy.
