Corn Salsa Nachos

These nachos can be eaten hot or cold - they're tasty both ways.  We had them cold, because we took the ingredients and made them on the spot, on our picnic date out of the back of our car!

You'll need:

Chips
grated cheddar cheese
diced avocado
corn salsa

the corn salsa is 1 cup of fresh corn cut from the cob, mixed with 1 chopped jalapeno (no seeds), chopped red onion, and 3 T lime juice, salt and pepper.

Pack up the ingredients and layer the chips, cheese, corn salsa and avocado.

If eating at home, you can melt the cheese on the chips, then layer the other ingredients.
