Mac and Cheese Cupcakes

Mac and Cheese Cupcakes These are so cute and tasty, and great for a party, because they're individual macaroni and cheese baked in muffin cups!  They take a bit of preparation, but this recipe makes 24 of these!  The base of the muffin is crushed Ritz crackers mixed with butter and cheese.  So yummy.
