2 mangos
2 cups strawberries
2 T fresh mint
1 T sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
peel mangos and chop into 1/4 inch pieces, as well as strawberries. place in a bowl and add finely chopped mint. stir in the sugar, juice and salt til well blended. cover and chill for an hour.
great over pancakes, atop ice cream, or with chips!
