Apple Stack

I saw this fun treat in Taste of Home Magazine and I tried it!  I wrapped it in foil to have for breakfast in the morning...or it can go in your lunch!

Core an apple, then slice it in 3-5 sections.  Spread a generous amount of nut butter on each slice, top with cereal (I used Honey Bunches of Oats), then top with apple slices, in reverse order!

That's it!  Just enjoy one slice at a time for a great snack or as part of your meal...
