Lemony Olive Oil Dressing

This was the easiest, tastiest dressing to make - and it was SO good over a salad with greens, chopped chicken, cucumber, tomato and carrots.

Chop eight cloves of garlic, and mix in a container (that has a lid) with 1/2 tsp black pepper, 2 tsp salt, 1/2 cup EVOO and 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice.

Place the lid on the container and shake well for about a minute!
