Breakfast Ahead

This is a healthy breakfast you can make the night before, then all you have to do is heat in the microwave and enjoy!

1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 T dried cranberries
1 T sunflower seeds
3/4 cup 2% or skim milk

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate.  Heat and eat the next morning.
