This recipe came from Clean Eating, and the crackers I found at Trader Joe's - the two together are a great tasty combo!
In a food processor, pulse until smooth but still coarse:
2 cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
5 garlic cloves
juice from 2 lemons
1 tsp sea salt
1 T olive oil
1/3 cup tahini (sesame paste)
