Fried Rice for Lunch!
Cooked brown rice.
Scrambled eggs.
Stir fried veggies (I had zucchini and yellow squash, onions and carrots)
Soy sauce
Season salt
And you've got yourself some fried rice for lunch! (Add cashews for extra crunch!)
