An easy go-to supper you can eat at home, or on the run!
Toast two slices of wheat bread.
Mash an avocado in a bowl, and fry up some bacon, and thinly slice some sweet firm apples.
Spread the avocado on one slice of toast. Top with bacon, lettuce, tomato and apple slices. Top with the other slice. Be generous with all the ingredients.
Serve with pretzels!
