Praline Topping

This praline topping is so good, I wanted to eat the whole bowl!

Melt 4 T butter in a pan on low-med heat.  Add 1 cup brown sugar, and 1 cup heavy whipping cream, bring to a full boil, then let it boil (while stirring) for two minutes.  Remove from heat and add in 2 tsp vanilla, and 1 cup chopped, toasted pecans.  Let it cool.

Serve over ice cream.

Refrigerate any leftovers.
