Homemade Kettle Corn

I LOVE kettle corn, especially when it's hot out of the kettle, in small town festivals.

This recipe is easy and quick to make at home:

You'll need:

12 cups popped corn
1 stick unsalted butter
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp water

Melt the butter in a pan and let it foam until browned, about 6 minutes.  Add the brown sugar and water (careful - the water will make it splatter - ) - stir til melted -  toss with the popcorn - and enjoy!
