Just buy a package of brownie bites, top with whipped cream, a strawberry and another small dollop, and you've got your Santa hat appetizers!
To make whipped cream, mix 1 cup of heavy whipping cream with 1 T sugar and a 1/2 tsp vanilla in a pre-frozen metal bowl. Beat with mixer until stiff peaks form (it takes several minutes). It's delish.
