Salmon and Spirals

Great lunch today - fast and easy - and oh so tasty!

preheat oven to 400

1 lb skin-removed salmon cut into one inch chunks
1 jar lemon caper sauce (in the fish section)
1 bowl seasoned bread crumbs

Coat the salmon with the sauce and then the crumbs, place on a baking sheet, and bake 15 minutes or until fish is cooked through.

heat canola oil in a pot

spiralize four large  new potatoes
fry in small bunches, drain on paper towels
sprinkle with fresh garlic and kosher salt, and pepper

delish!
